Here's how it works for vendor conveyancing

  • Onboard with Loop in a matter of seconds. Use your Google, Apple or Facebook accounts to speed things up. We'll perform a few simple verification steps for security here as well.

    Getting started is easy. Download Loop or Sign Up here, and answer some basic questions to get started.

    We'll open a matter for the sale of your property, and ask that you accept our Costs Disclosure Agreement.

    We'll ask you to pre-authorise a payment of $330.00 to cover the initial costs of contract preapration.

  • Allow 5 to 15 minutes to complete this step. It will help if you have your property-related documents close by.

    📑 The Contract of Sale

    We will ask some further questions about yourself and the property in order to gather sufficient information to prepare a Contract of Sale.

    We will order property specific documents to attach to the contract, such as the Certificate of Title and council planning certificates.

    Once complete we will issue the Contract of Sale electronically to yourself and your agent, and eagerly await advice of a sale.

  • Once a buyer has been found, we'll arrange for the electronic signing of the Contract of Sale.

    🏠 Marketing & Exchange

    Once advised of a sale we will manage any requested amendments with you, and issue a purchaser contract for both auction and private treaty sales.

    We issue this contract for exchange electronically and keep you informed as the execution takes place.

  • We'll keep you informed, in real time as activity in Pexa occurs, and your property is settled.

    📆 Settlement

    We will work with you and your purchaser’s representative to ensure a smooth and informed settlement.

    We are integrated in real-time with PEXA, which manages the property transaction settlement electronically.

    As the sale is processed, and potential surplus funds transferred into your account, we'll keep you informed in real-time.
