First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS)
The scheme will support middle-low income earners purchase a home with minimum 5% deposit. Purchase price thresholds will also impact eligibility.
Expected to begin 01 January 2020, and is expected to support 10,000 loans annually.
Uto $125,000 per annum for singles and up to $200,000 per annum combined for couples. Caps will also apply for property prices, and these are based upon the state of purchase.
