What's involved in a property purchase?

Using the information provided by you using the Loop platform, our property lawyers and paralegals review the contract of sale, request amendments on your behalf, and support the exchange and contract signing process right through to settlement.

Contract review

We will perform a thorough legal review of the contract of sale for the property you are considering purchasing, and highlight important issues for your considerations and any exceptions we find.

Exchange

We will work with the vendor or vendor’s agent to manage any requested amendments and special provisions required for the contract prior to exchange.

Settlement

We will prepare settlement figures and transfer documents, and settle the purchase through PEXA (Property Exchange Australia).
